| FIRM LOWERS PRICES OF ITS CAD PRODUCTS |
AECVizPRO, a Smyrna, TN based computer-aided-design (CAD) consultant to the AEC industry, recently announced a significant price decrease to their CAD block and cell libraries.
The block and cell libraries currently offered by AECVizPRO include landscape, architectural column and 3D models of tree's.
According to D. Alan Hooper, CAD Specialist with AECVizPRO, this price reduction represents a significant price savings compared to comparable products available from other vendors. Mr. Hooper stated that:
"It is AECVizPRO's intention to continue to offer CAD cell and block libraries to the CAD community that represent a significant savings to end users compared to the development of blocks or cells by individual CAD users."
Mr. Hooper also stated that AECVizPRO will continue to add new collections to their store in the near future. He stressed:
"Offering these cell and block libraries at an affordable price will allow for end users to concentrate on the design and development of their individual projects and allow for a significant cost savings to their projects." |

| High Tech Solution Saves Firm Thousands ! |
Smyrna, TN, USA June 25,2003 -- AECVizPRO, a Smyrna Tennessee firm that specializes in Computer Aided Design [CAD] consulting to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction [AEC] industries, recently completed the translation of numerous raster (image) files to vector (line) files on a major plant expansion in Oklahoma City for Lopez Foods, Inc., saving Lopez Foods approximately $80,000.00 in the process.
After a major plant expansion, Lopez Foods found themselves with un-editable raster files of their plant expansion. AECVizPRO, through the use of the latest file translation technologies, was able to save Lopez Foods significant amounts of time and money by eliminating the need for a complete re-draw of the plant expansion. According to Mike Hartman, Project Engineer for Lopez Foods,..
"After a major expansion to our plant the general contractor who was obligated to supply us with a set of electronic as built drawings. Unfortunately for us we had not specified that the drawings needed to be in an AutoCAD format. We ****umed that they would be as the general contractor had requested us to send them copies of the existing structure in AutoCAD Format. But what they supplied to us as built drawings were in a .TIF Format and refused to supply us with the DWG format. As a requirement of the PSM program for our plant we must have editable drawings. The general contractor offered to set up our PSM program for $80,000.00. Our only other option was to spend around a thousand hours to redraw and document the TIF files into DWG files.
Luckily I found Mr. Hooper at AECVizPRO .He offered to convert the Files to DWG files for a few dollars each. This saved our company an enormous amount of time and money." -Mike Hartman, Lopez Foods
AECVizPRO is using this latest hardware and software to help AEC firms, both nationally and internationally, save time and money. They are using this technology to help firms solve problems and develop solutions as it relates to the AEC industry. The use of this new technology by firms like AECVizPRO, is what will make AEC firms more competitive in the future. |

| New Technology Allows Firm To Meet Deadlines |
Smyrna, TN July 14, 2004 -- AECVizPRO, a Smyrna, TN based consultant to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction {AEC} community, recently completed work on several projects in the Nashville, TN region through the use of new internet collaboration software they have made available to their clients, enabling the completion of the projects in a timely manner.
When Nashville, TN based Southeast Venture L.L.C. was faced with the loss of a key employee, at a time when they had several projects coming due within the same time frame, they turned to AECVizPRO to take up the slack and meet those deadlines head on. AECVizPRO was able to help Southeast Venture meet those deadlines, with no loss in productivity.
Gaius Overton, A.I.A., Senior Architect with Southeast Venture, had this to say...
"Dan Hooper and the company AECVizPRO ****isted me recently with the construction document completion of two public school projects in Davidson County Tennessee. One project was an addition and renovation of a middle school and the other a more substantial conversion and addition of an elementary school. Their ****istance made it possible for me to meet the construction document production deadlines critical to public school work. AECVizPRO showed themselves very capable, with standard instruction from me as the architect, to draft a number of the construction details, providing a valuable resource of backup expertise. I can't think of an instance where drawings had to be redone.
We consider AECVizPRO to be a reliable partner when we need additional hands to complete a project or when our work load spikes beyond the control of our staff. We will be calling Dan the next time we need additional drafting, 3-D modeling, or other supplemental computer ****istance."
Through the use of software, the internet, and other electronic medium, AECVizPRO has taken the next step in the never ending battle of staffing vs. work load in the architectural, engineering, construction and real estate markets. AEC firms are no longer limited to hiring temp. workers, or being limited to the use of local consultants (if available). Firms like AECVizPRO have finally made electronic project collaboration a reality to the AEC Industry. |

| AECVizPRO launches new on-line e-store |
AECVizPRO ( http://www.aecvizpro.com ), a Smyrna, TN based consultant to the Architectural, Engineering and Construction {AEC} community, recently launched a new on-line e-store with products specifically targeted at the AEC, graphics and 3D modeling communities. AECVizPRO states that the products are priced below market value, compared to comparable products available on-line. These products are targeted at users of CAD and graphics software used in the production of architectural and engineering renderings and presentations.
The products available will range from non-textured 3D models of trees, cars, people, and objects usually seen in everyday life, CAD cell and block libraries and add-ons for CAD programs. The 3D models will be high quality 3D models suitable for use in a CAD program for rendering a scene or animation. These models will not include any textures, which will allow the user to apply their own textures applicable to the scene being rendered. The CAD cell and block libraries will include items such as people, vegetation (both plan and elevation), vehicles and various other items suitable for use in an architectural and/or engineering environment. There will also be a limited number of textures for use in rendering and graphics applications, such as, skies, trees, ground, rock, etc.
D. Alan Hooper, CAD Specialist at AECVizPRO, said that they are making these available to the AEC community because of the difficulty they have had over the years in finding and purchasing quality products such as these for use in their own projects. Mr. Hooper said, "It is our hope that the availability of such high quality, affordable products, will help others to produce 3D models, renderings and drawings at a higher level of quality and economy". Mr. Hooper also stated that AECVizPRO intends to continually add additional items to their on-line store as time goes by. |
